today i got a camera notification on my iphone 13 (ios 26) using my camera, microphone, and location even though i didn’t even open the app.

i looked around on this subreddit as well and discovered that if you swipe on your camera in the home screen or control center it will show that it’s been recently used, so i reset my phone and it isn’t doing it anymore. however i am still concerned about the microphone and location being used, is this still a bug or should i be worried?
