The Campbell family tree in Final Destination Bloodlines is as follows:

Iris ( Brec Bassinger and  Gabrielle Rose) and Paul Campbell (Max Lloyd-Jones)

Iris Campbell and her fiancé, Paul, attend a ceremony at the Skyview Restaurant Tower in the late 1960s. During it, she has a horrifying vision that the chandelier will break and its shards will damage the floor, harming the guest. She also felt that a gas leak would occur, which would cause the building to explode, killing many people. This premonition eventually helps her in preventing the tragedy and saving lives.

Iris and Paul’s children – Howard (Alex Zahara) and Darlene (Rya Kihlstedt)

Howard is the eldest son of Iris and Paul in the Campbell family tree in Final Destination Bloodlines. He has a strained bond with Iris, ever since he didn’t trust her claims about Death, on a quest to target their family. He is married to Brenda. They share three children, Erik, Julia, and Bobby. 

Darlene is their youngest daughter, who married Marty Reyes. She maintained a distance from her children, Stefani and Charlie, to keep them away from harm. She also knew about Iris’s attempts to stop Death from reaching the bloodline.

Erik is a careless and irresponsible son, who has no worries about Stefani’s consistent warnings about Death coming for them all. It also appears that he is safe from Death’s curse as he is not biologically connected to Howard.

Julia is the middle child. She shared a good connection with Stefani growing up. But as years passed by, they weren’t close anymore like old times.

Bobby is smart and the youngest child. He doesn’t want to face a brutal fate and usually listens to Steffani to avoid Death’s plans for him.

Stefani is Iris’ granddaughter in Final Destination Bloodlines’ family tree. Through her nightmares, she learnt about the collapse that occurred in the 1960s and how her grandmother saved many lives. Now, she is the family’s protector, determined to rescue them from Death. She has an Iris notebook of clues and connections to past disasters, which will aid her in avoiding tragedies. Charlie is Stefani’s younger brother.
